New Linebacker Coach Joins the Prattville Football Staff

Coach Caleb Ross announced the hiring of the new linebacker coach for the Prattville Lions, David Stapleton. Coach Stapleton, a 2014 graduate of Fairhope High School, was a two-year starter for coaches David Faulkner and Adam Winegarden. He moved on to Troy University where he was a student assistant for Larry Blakeney in 2014 and Neal Brown in 2015 and graduated in 2019 from Troy with a bachelor’s degree in physical education. Coach Stapleton joins the Lion’s staff after one season as linebacker coach and head track coach at Cordova High School.
